機(jī)器特點(diǎn)

Machine Features

1.高靈敏度火花保護(hù)

當(dāng)火花產(chǎn)生時(shí)，本機(jī)裝有的高敏度火花電子回路，能迅速切斷高周波電源，極安全地保護(hù)模具和加工物料。

2.安全裝置

當(dāng)電流超過限制值時(shí)，過負(fù)荷電流繼電器自動(dòng)保護(hù)振蕩管和整流器，同時(shí)可以避免由不當(dāng)操作所引起的頻率飄移。

3.機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)特殊

該機(jī)型經(jīng)過特殊的設(shè)計(jì)和裝配，其強(qiáng)度足以應(yīng)付任何情況，機(jī)座決不搖晃而且特殊部分使用起來十分輕便和精確。

4.容易調(diào)整的同調(diào)器及特殊回路

高周功率輸出特強(qiáng)，可籍調(diào)諧器依模具大小和物料厚薄調(diào)節(jié)，尤其特殊的高周回路，高穩(wěn)定的出力，能大大降低不必要之熔接時(shí)間，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及產(chǎn)量。
